Sports Performance Training Memberships

Tier 1: Beginner Sports Performance

$100 / month – Unlimited Classes
Ages 6–10 | Monday–Friday, 5:00–6:00 PM

Our Tier 1 Membership is the perfect introduction to athletic development for young athletes. Designed for ages 6–10, this beginner-level program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of movement in a fun, encouraging, and competitive environment.

Athletes will learn how to sprint, jump, squat, hinge, push, and pull with proper technique—building a strong foundation for coordination, control, and confidence. Through engaging drills and games, participants will also develop key performance skills such as speed, agility, balance, and strength.

With unlimited classes offered Monday through Friday from 5:00–6:00 PM, athletes have the flexibility to train consistently while enjoying an atmosphere that makes hard work fun.

The Tier 1 program helps youth athletes become better movers, preparing them for higher levels of sport and a lifelong appreciation for fitness and performance.

Tier 2: Intermediate Sports Performance

$150 / month – Unlimited Sessions
Ages 10–13 | Classes: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 6:00–7:00 PM
(Includes unlimited access to Tier 1 classes, Monday–Friday, 5:00–6:00 PM)

Our Tier 2 Membership is designed for developing athletes ready to take the next step in their performance journey. Built as a bridge between foundational movement and advanced athletic training, Tier 2 introduces athletes ages 10–13 to the weight room while continuing to build on speed, agility, balance, and coordination.

This program emphasizes proper lifting technique, movement control, and body awareness, helping athletes safely and confidently transition into strength training. Speed and agility drills remain a key component, ensuring that athletes continue improving their overall athleticism while learning the fundamentals of resistance training.

With unlimited sessions each week and the added benefit of access to all Tier 1 classes, Tier 2 athletes have the opportunity to train frequently, refine their technique, and build a strong foundation for long-term success—both in the gym and in competition.

Tier 3: Advanced Sports Performance

$200 / month – Unlimited Sessions
Ages 14+ | Classes: Monday–Friday, 4:00–5:00 PM

Our Tier 3 Membership is built for advanced youth athletes who are ready to elevate their performance and compete at the highest level. Designed for ages 14 and up, this program focuses on strength development, power output, and athletic efficiency—helping athletes translate their training into real results on the field or court.

Tier 3 athletes train in the weight room with a strong emphasis on proper lifting technique, progressive overload, and individualized performance goals. Each session blends strength training, speed mechanics, agility work, and mobilityto create a balanced and explosive athlete.

With unlimited sessions offered Monday through Friday from 4:00–5:00 PM, participants gain the structure, coaching, and consistency needed to maximize performance while minimizing injury risk.

The Tier 3 program represents the culmination of Nomad Fitness Company’s youth performance system—developing confident, disciplined athletes who are ready to excel in competition and beyond.

Nomad FIT Membership and Facility Access

$100 / month – Includes Classes + 24/7 Gym Access
$50 / month – Gym Access Only
Class Times:

  • Monday–Friday: 5:00–5:30 AM & 5:30–6:00 AM

  • Women’s Class: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:30–10:30 AM

The Nomad Fit Membership is built for adults looking for efficient, high-energy workouts that deliver real results. These quick, 30-minute sessions are designed to maximize calorie burn, build strength, and improve overall fitness—perfect for busy individuals who want to start their day with purpose and intensity.

Each Nomad Fit class combines functional strength training, conditioning, and mobility work to create a balanced, full-body workout that challenges all fitness levels. Members can choose from early morning sessions offered Monday through Friday or join our women’s-only class held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30 AM for a supportive and empowering training environment.

Every Nomad Fit Membership also includes 24/7 access to the gym, allowing members the flexibility to train on their own schedule.

For those who prefer to work out independently, a Gym-Only Membership is available for $50 per month, providing full access to the facility without group classes.
